Payment & Refund Policy

We use electronic payment enablers / methods to process online fund transfers.

Here are some of the things we might accept via Payment Gateways, QR & UPI.

  • School Fees
  • Event Registration Payments

Any of these transactions have a nature of pre-bounded considerations and cannot be cancelled or revoked once such transaction has been made. However in any rare occasions if a digital payment is genuinely made out of mistakes (Like, Payment Deducted Twice in Bank Account, Payment Deducted in Bank Account & Payment Failed) on those occasions upon communicating we'll help our users to get resolved by making enquiries at the payment provider.

Here are some of the things we might pay via Payment Gateways.

  • Staff Salary Payments
  • Merchant / Supplier Payments

Any of these transactions have a nature of irreversible actions at our end where a wrong account information provided by these users. In these circumstances we cannot able to reverse/repay any account holders because of their liability in updating/verifying wrong account details for payment.

What if the wrong information is committed by BVS?

We take no chance in paying without double verifying to any of our account holders. Let's see how we do that!

  1. We only collect Bank Account Details along with a Supporting Document (Eg. Bank Passbook, Cancelled Cheque Leaf). This ensures only the correct information is entered in our records.
  2. We then add these information (or Import it in bulk) to our payment processor website.
  3. Once the initial cooling off period of a newly added account has passed, We send a nominal amount of less than 2.00Rupees to the given Bank Account / Other Payment Method Chosen by the user.
  4. We ask for their consent whether the nominal amount has been received or not, This is when user takes the full responsibility in validating the bank statement and providing their consent that the nominal amount sent by us has been received at their end which gives us the authorization to use that payment method of payment medium. If they blindly agreed that the amount received just in hurry, We take no loss in bearing the amount sent to wrong account because of this.
  5. If there's any conflicts in pending transactions & shortfall of amount, We'd be happy to help them get sorted without any hesitations.
